We recommend getting a Termite Inspection at your home no less than every 12 months. Think of it as if it were a health check up for your home, making sure that Termites haven't accessed your property and started to cause damage. Regular termite inspection ensure that you can catch any incidence of termite activity in it's early stages.
Our technician will conduct a full and thorough inspection of all areas of your property in accordance with AS3660.1. The report is done step by step checking and covering all parts of the home and land for any incidences of termite activity. As part of this service you will receive a full written report filled out by our technician. Based on the inspection recommendations will be made on any actions that need to be taken (if any) to treat a termite infestation. We have a range of termite treatments available depending on the type of Termite and degree of infestation.
The report is also full of excellent tips and prevention options for each property's individual situations to combat future infestations.
