Here at SWOT we are committed to the health and safety of our clients, staff and wider community.
As our team continues to work throughout the coming months we will be taking steps to ensure we are operating in a safe and responsible manner at all times. As such we have assessed our current hygiene procedures and made changes as necessary to ensure we are doing everything that we can in terms of the COVID-19 pandemic. While this situation remains fluid we will continue to monitor new developments and adjust our response accordingly.
Our technicians have been instructed to continue to enact hygiene procedures before and after entering each service location including washing hands thoroughly, wearing disposable gloves at all times, minimising contact with hard surfaces where possible and will be wearing their respirators for all interior treatments, as they do for exterior treatments.
Other measures that have been added to our procedures:
Electronic payments such as Credit/Debit Card payments or Direct Deposits/Electronic Funds Transfers are preferred. Should cash or cheque be the only option for our customers we request that this is advised to us at the time of booking or prior to the service so that we can advise our technician.

Customers will be requested to sign paperwork with their own pen, they will not be required to sign the digital copy so as to minimise contact.
